The App (Business Expert), including all software code, databases, visual interfaces, text, design, logos, images, sound files, and content (collectively, the “Content”), is the exclusive property of Antonio Cantamessa and is protected by South African and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any part of the App (Business Expert) or its Content without express prior written permission from Antonio Cantamessa.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All rights to the App (Business Expert), its software, data, designs, and all related intellectual property belong exclusively to Cantamessa Associates and its founder Antonio Cantamessa. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App for its intended business or personal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the App.

License Grant and Restrictions

License: A non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license is granted to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
• Copy or distribute the App or its content without permission;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App.

Prohibited Uses

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Transmit unsolicited advertising, spam or malware through the App;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or other users’ accounts;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, disables or harms the App or its users;
• Use any automated means (robots, spiders, scripts, etc.) to scrape or collect content or data from the App without our prior consent;
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the App’s security or operation;

Data Handling and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may collect personal or usage data (e.g. analytics, device identifiers, or cookies) to operate and improve the App. The Company will use reasonable measures to safeguard your information, but disclaims liability for unauthorized access or data breaches to the extent permitted by law. Any third-party content accessed through the App is governed by that third party’s policies, not by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company’s liability is limited. As is standard, the Company will not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). The total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App (or a nominal amount if the App is free).

Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your license and access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your rights end and you must immediately cease all use of the App. The Company will have no further liability to you for the termination of your access.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cantamessa Associates is organized. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Updates and Revisions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you. By continuing to use the App after revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
